Location and Type of Facility:
There are four facilities: REBOUND East, West, Spencer, and Mitchell. The
primary focus is on orthopedics and sports medicine.
Types of OT Programs or Services provided:
Orthopedics- Upper Extremities, Hand Therapy, Occupational medicine including
pre-work screening, functional assessments, ergonomic assessments, job coaching,
FCE’s, and Pain Management
Innovative or Creative Intervention that is being provided:
OT Program Development Committee-focus is to build OT programs-members are
from a variety of hospital wide services including home health, OP, and
IP.
Location and Type of Facility:
Hospital Rehab Services, Bloomington Hospital Campus
Provides inpatient, outpatient, and acute rehab services (OT, PT, SLP).
Types of OT Programs or Services provided:
Wheelchair evaluation, Orthopedics-Upper Extremities, driving evaluations,
lymphedema treatment, and home assessment. Also, evaluation and assessment
of inpatient/acute rehab current functional status, premorbid status, family/home
supports, equipment, and discharge recommendations.
Innovative or Creative Intervention that is being provided:
Driving evaluations, lymphedema treatment, wheelchair evaluations, and home
assessments
Location and Type of Facility:
Bloomington Hospital Children’s Therapy Clinic-Outpatient pediatrics
Types of OT Programs or Services provided:
Interventions for developmental delay, decreased self help skills, poor
social skills, handwriting/fine motor skill problems, sensory integration
problems, and pediatric orthopedic/splinting needs.
Innovative or Creative Intervention that is being provided:
Multi-disciplinary team with Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy, group
treatment, and grant writing-Recently wrote and received grant funding for
a part-time social worker position at Children’s Therapy Clinic.
