Madison Center
Location and Type of Facility:
The main headquarters is located in South Bend, IN with several other locations
throughout the state. They provide outpatient services, day treatment, after
school programs, physician services, psychological testing, inpatient services,
ECT, and partial hospitalization programs.
The Madison Foundation is working to grow its support from Madison Center employees with the “I Believe” campaign. This will challenge staff to recommit themselves to the mission of Madison Center.
