Location and Type of Facility:
Located in Indianapolis, they provide outpatient Occupation Service specializing
in vision diagnosis and driving evaluations.
Types of OT Programs or Services provided:
Driving evaluations for patients with diagnosed brain injury and other neurologic
diagnoses, low vision O.T. services, and Occupational Therapy for patients
with visual complaints due to neurologic disorders.
Innovative or Creative Intervention that is being provided:
Utilizing vision therapy theories, working closely with Optometrist and
Ophthalmologist, and low vision adaptations in the home or office.
